but i tot VS is only for lvl 36 and above?

level 36 is when you can see it in the AH and Blacksmith shop.
More than 36 in strength required
More than 12 in flexibility required
These are the requirements to equip it. 36 + 12 - 2 = 46 divided by 2 = 23 so 23 is the minimum level to equip the vinestriker.
I get this number because in most cases you start with 1 Strength and 1 Flexibility, so you need 36 STR and 12 FLEX but you already have 1 in each so you need 46 STAT points to meet those requirements. So you get someone to buy a Vinestriker for you, you send them the agreed money they send you the vinestriker. You buy a vapormind potion and reassign STAT points to 36 Strength and 12 Flexibility, equip the Vinestriker, buy another Vapormind potion and reassign STAT points to however you like it.

yeah no problem, I don't know if it was you that asked about the Triblade but if it was I couldn't send it to you if I wanted to cause it is a holy bound item, I grizzled it anyway but just FYI.
And the Vinestriker is cheaper than the triblade at least if Koti sells it to you and a much better weapon than the triblade.

Yup i was the was who asked bout the triblade...Is it possible for to request for bat wings or if there is any guild members who is selling it in bulk?
