Responsibilities of The War Division's Officer:
1) Determaning performance of The War Division's members (numbers of new recruits + referals)
2) Writing Weekly Point-based tallies for each War Division's member's rank. (probably want to set up an excel spreadsheet so you can just copy/paste or i will and send it to you).
3) Visiting other guild's forums and chats as well as visiting the Salty Siren to correspond with other guilds.
4) Assist members of The Fallen with Division transfers.
5) Corresponding with The Pestilence division for information on disgruntled members of other guilds via Private Messages to attempt recruitment.

When u say rank, do you mean lvl or division rank or their forum rank?

division rank, this division is going to be based on recruiting performance, the more referals you have, the higher rank you are in this division. While it might be hard to recruit right now (no mail, TiC is whoring vinestrikers out), it's an alternative way of being ranked to the other guild divisions.

Stef, at least you're trying to recruit. I for one never go into salty and talk to randoms so you are already doing heaps better than me. I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks your are doing great and you should stop selling yourself short.
