Those interested in simply becoming a member of the Division of War, post here. You will be asked to do the following:
1) Recruit new members.
2) Negotiate with other guilds.
3) Set up alliances.
4) Set up Trade Deals, Tariffs, and Embargos.
5) If possible someday, declare war on other guilds.
One post is sufficient.
