I think I have base of 2 and something I have equiped gives me +8 so total of 10

I had about 50 in radiance when i bought my triblade and it cost me 1mil. I've got a feeling that radiance maxs out somewhere and you can only get something at half it's no radiance price.

could be, but I always max out my radiance before I make big ticket purchases just in case.
