haha, i'm glad! Sants is right.
It's from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. In the US, it's a show on FX. The character Charlie got his beer spiked with a bunch of acid and puts that costume on and calls himself 'Greenman'
Epic show. I highly recommend you download some and check it out.
