All I ask is that you actually use it so Taanz as an example would probably not downgrade weapons and use it.... Sorry Taanz
Anyone can use it as long as you can generate the stats to equip it, the level does not matter just the strength and Flexibility. Once you pass up the level and want to upgrade weapons it would be nice to pass it to a lower level member and keep it in the guild. I only see two in the AH one for 2.5 mill and one for 2.4 mill.
