Ok, so I couldn't think of a thread to throw this stuff in, but it's stuff I've noticed that I thought that I should share as an FYI.
Whether you are doing things to increase your Gathering or Production skills, even if your level at this stage is maxed, it still keeps counting. I noticed this the most today when they added a level for Tailoring. After getting my max level a few weeks ago, I still made things for people or cash. So when they added the level today, it had been keeping track the whole time, so I only needed to make a couple level 1 items to level up again. So even if your level is maxed, keep making stuff. It remembers.
The max level (as of right now) for Fishing is 10 (or 2000 fish). Although as you increase your level, I don't believe you catch anything different or catch more for each run.
If you are in the middle of a quest that involves caves (such as 'Into the Darkness' or 'All that Glitters') and you exit out of the game, when you get back into the game, you start the quest all over again and you will also be at full health.
