Do high level items drop as loot?

Hi all,

i was wondering about something;
do high level items drop as loot, like
the pike armor or the vinestriker and moonstriker?
And are there people/classes in the game that
make these? I know the vinestriker is made by
merchants with ravenpine, but what about the
moonstriker or armor fe?

im maxed in wood work atm and it wont let me make anything also metal work only lets me make stupid axes! wont show a lvl increase when i make one either

Doesnt drop, has to be bought or made
