Who can tell me how to get a picture under my name
in my profile here?

at the top of the forum, go to 'profile'
right above where it says your name click on 'Modify Profile'
put in your password
then put the link of the .jpg or whatever into the box called 'Avatar URL'
then scroll all the way down and click 'Modify Profile'
