Hopefully mail now works

After a lot of struggling, it pleases me to say that the postoffice is back online. The 1.2 issues should now be gone from the game, and I can get back to making more fun stuff, like PVP, combat systems, prize items and more :]
Addition: New quest location type : Magical Libraries
Fix: Fisherman's token are now character bound.
Minor: New metal crafting recipe : Shadowsplint
Minor: Steel gauntlets armor adjusted to 10 (old : 4)
Minor: Shailwood Forest now has its own soundtrack (version 1.2.2 required)
Quests: The quest "Knowledge is juicy..." (lvl. 17+) is now available from The Royal Library @ The Spire.
Monsters: Cloakfiend (lvl. 26 magical creation) added to the game.
Items: 1 new alchemy item added
Items: 1 new material item added

For those of you that have stuff coming check your inbox, Koti I will send all the material promised first and the Duskiron last so hoprfully it shows up in your list first.

And Koti I got all your test mails, gold in 2 and mermaid tears in the other 2 so all looks good.

guys i know its strange but i can now make splints. now to make these i need silver which is a quest reward from the royal libary lvl 17 quest. at the moment we can only do this quest once! now to make splints i need 2 silver and a potion. now if this is going to be the case every one can send there silver to me and hen i will send the splints to HellFire who can dish them out as he see's fit. Just an idea
