with the state of the game, i no longer wish to keep this information a secret. a while back, when i was browsing the high scores of cozyquest.net, i noticed that some categories were missing. you could not see any information about fishing or about the willpower stat. in my search, i found that you can find this information, but for some reason nils never made links to show it. you can see how many times people have fished, the top fishing levels, the top lumbering levels, and even the willpower stat.
while looking at the willpower stat, it became obviously clear how the leader of the Fallen, Hellfire, made it to level 55 so easily.
he abused that bug a long time ago were you could spam your bonus stats and boost your stats well beyond their normal range. i think some of you will remember someone on the coqyquest.net forums was banned for doing the same. so hellfire was able to one shot any enemy with that amount of willpower. which, for those who don\'t want to do the math, is about 3x the maximum you could have even at level 50. around the time he originally did it, you can bet he was a much lower level.
funnily enough, people watch the highscore list to watch cheaters. how convenient for Hellfire that the main stat for mages was hidden all this time.
lets see how long from this post it takes hellfire to gulp down a vapormind potion or find a way to get these posts deleted. i\'ve posted this on the top 3 guild\'s forums and cozyquest.net. good luck hellfire.
for those curious, here are some of those highscore links. the willpower one will show exactly as the screen shot above, until hellfire drinks that vapormind potion to cover his tracks.
cozyquest.net/highscore?toplist=stat_willpower
cozyquest.net/highscore?toplist=skill_lumbering
cozyquest.net/highscore?toplist=skill_fishing
there are a few more, as you can pull up just about anything held in your user table. the toplist= pulls the database field directly by name. good job nils!
