Alright guys, here's the deal. I'm going to be giving away my spiked collar to a guildmate for free, and because a lot of you probably want it, here is what i'm going to do.

I'm going to do a raffle with an RNG (random number generator). Everyone is welcome to post a reply here but has to meet the following requirements.

Req 1) You have to be a member of The Fallen (Duh)

Req 2) You have to post a request on this thread.

Req 3) I'm going to make the minimum level requirement for this to be level 15 (so if you're not level 15, get there by 12:00 PM EST on July 1 (the day/time/minute i'll declare a winner)

Req 4) YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY USE IT, the fact that this collar is so limited, i want someone in this guild to actually get it and have a use for it. Special gear like this should be kept in-house. So please, if you win and down the road you don't need it anymore, either send it back to me or do another in-guild drawing yourself.

I'm sure a lot of you want this, i wish it wasn't completely useless to me, especially considering i spend over 6million gold on lottery tickets for it. So anyways, good luck.
