So I know I said I wasn't going to play but I gave it another try and it's a pretty fun game. I believe they made vast improvements since the Beta came out. It's easy to move around space and do jobs and since joining The Iron Union there are alot of CQ people there plus Hellfire and WormWood (I'm so jealous of his ship) that just like here peeps are quick to help and what not.
I would encourage you all to try it out, I got about a week out of casual play before I capped out on the free play and actually had so much fun I bought a 3 month subscription.
Just give it another try and see what you think. A big help is the printable resource map to help you navigate, The Iron Union is in the section of the map at the very bottom and all our ships have IRON like a tag on them.
